Shipping Coverage

We offer domestic and international shipping for our products.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Customers must provide a complete shipping address, including:

  • Full Street Address

  • City and State

  • Postal Code / ZIP Code

  • Valid Contact Number

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or returned shipments.

Courier Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • TNT

  • Aramex

  • Other reliable logistics providers

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, you may need to contact the courier company directly to reschedule delivery.

For residential shipments in the USA and certain other countries, courier companies may leave the package at the doorstep if no recipient is available.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays in India, as courier pickups are unavailable on those days.

Processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and order volume.

We currently offer free shipping within India on eligible orders.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Tracking Website Information

Tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.

Transit & Delivery Time

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines mentioned on our website are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Customs Clearance

  • Logistics Delays

  • Public Holidays

  • Unexpected Operational Issues

If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately in different shipments for security and logistical reasons.

Simple Fashion Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Change of Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, modifications may not always be possible.

However, address change requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Currently, we do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses.

If you wish to send products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delays in shipping or delivery do not qualify for:
