At Simple Fashion Studio, formerly known as Simple Sarees (simplesarees.com), customer satisfaction remains our top priority. While our brand name has changed, our commitment to offering quality products, reliable service, and dedicated customer support remains the same.

This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges and cancellations may be processed.

By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product significantly different from its description

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly email our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • A clear description of the issue

Requests received after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.


Important Delivery Instructions

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Inform the courier partner immediately before accepting delivery.
  • Contact our support team as soon as possible.

Please do not return any item without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for an exchange.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice copy must be included.
  • The item must be returned in secure packaging.

Customers must clearly mention:

  • Order Number
  • Contact Details
  • Reason for Exchange

Products must be shipped back within 10 working days after receiving approval from our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue occurred due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Please clearly mark the package as "DEFECTIVE RETURNS" while shipping.


Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Stitched or customized products
  • Altered products
  • Used or worn items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products requested for exchange due to personal preference only

Minor variations in colour caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are considered normal and are not treated as defects.


Exchange Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will provide:

  • The same product (subject to stock availability), or
  • A suitable alternative of equal value if the original product is unavailable.

Exchange approval is subject to successful quality inspection.

We do not offer refunds, store credits, gift vouchers, or cash reimbursements under any circumstances.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not started.

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Stitched or customized products
  • Altered products
  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% administrative charge.


Quality Inspection Process

Once the returned product is received:

  • Our Quality Control team will inspect the item.
  • Tags, packaging, invoice, and product condition will be verified.
  • Exchange approval will be confirmed only after successful inspection.

Simple Fashion Studio reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
